Wait a minute, you didn't even contact me! I have no control over FedEx or the US Postal Service! If you'd contacted me, I could have traced it, given you a refund, etc. Always contact the seller first before going into a rage, it's a lot more helpful because a seller can issue a refund, send another one, etc. I'm very free with refunds, myself. But now that's just not going to happen.
