Shipping time was very long, delayed several times. Expected it way earlier. I was actually away on vacation when this arrived and had to make arrangements for someone to come to my house to pick it up.

I am very sorry to hear that our shipping time did not meet your expectations. Our custom items are made to order, each piece by hand. The process is quite involved. Unfortunately our silversmith had a bit of a difficult time making these and it took 3 business days longer than our 10-business day advertised handling time for him to complete them. My apologies again.
