Item was not as described. Was supposed to be 14 inches and was less than 12 inches. Seller issued me a full refund. They did not pack it very well but it did arrive safely. When I sent it back, I repacked and added more bubble wrap and other packing material so It would get back safely. I took great care to get it back safely. Item arrived back to seller but the carrier must of treated package carelessly because it arrive broken. Seller tried to blame me. Outrageous!!! Shame on you. Beware.

Seriously? Beware of what? You requested a return that was instantly granted , received a return label, are refunded the full amount.and I received piece back smashed in a million pieces even though arrived to you intact. I have total loss but I am outrageous and you have a attitude instead of even a simple apology
