They arrived with some kind of greasy dirt all around the instep and very stretched out. When I told the seller they offered to send a better one rather than give me postage to return. I am worried about bacteria. Since then it has been 5 days and though I have contacted several times for a tracking # I have not heard from them and have not received a refund or replacement.
