One is still kind of attached but only because of the flipper-feet. They both need to be glued back on but that may not work well. It seems like you will need to strengthen the break somehow. There is stuff out there that will do the job, but do some research. Photos 2 through 6 show closeups of the wheel damage. If you want to use it normally, you will need to do a great repair on it. The other photos have the wheels placed on it to show the normal look. It has some normal blemishes, scuffs, etc. from being played with. There is more than usual wear on the big duck's bill. Turning the wheels, we can hear the plunger/quack sound.”
