In great shape for being used. paint is still there. mechanically no rust. and exactly what they said it was, and exactly what I needed. They work great! My wiper arms were rusted to all hell, and in desperate need of replacing, so this was great to find for the price. It’s kind of nuts how much a small thing like wiper arms will help the look of the vehicle. Also, they wrapped them in padding and cut down a box to be a really strong shape around them for shipping.
