When I asked questions before ordering, it was as if they didn't wish to accommodate with an answer. I was told at one point 'we are a charity' when asked about the offering of a lower price. Without me knowing, they had emailed a lower offering of the item. I was informed by cs, 'too bad you missed the offer.' When I replied at one point, 'it is what it is', the response was. 'you are just upset because you didn't get what you wanted!
