        New and shipped quick, but seller placed this this $100+ item in a used plastic shopping bag before putting in shipping box. Bag reeked of mildew. By the time it went from FL to NY so did the duvet cover. Washing didn’t remove smell; had to spray with Lysol to kill the mildew. Contacted seller and got “sorry, glad you were able to wash it and get it fixed” response. Seller should take better care in packaging and be more responsible for their poor judgement. Overall poor customer service.

        The item was 100% brand new and the bag was too. I used a plastic bag so that the item couldnt get wet during shipping. There was no mildew smell on anything. This person just wanted a "discount" and I refused to give them one. Now they left this feedback in hopes I'd just give in, which I will not.
