        Transaction went off the rails once the Post Office put the parcel out for delivery. After some very good comms between the seller and myself , who put in a complaint to the Post Office. After looking into the matter admitted the mistake was of there doing. For myself and the seller this Post Office mistake was a first With our good comms an amicable resolution has been achieved!
