Eggs posted even though they knew they no longer had high fertility, took 3 days to arrive due to their postage only having Evri as an option. They did offer to accept them back but at my own cost, so I popped them in the incubator. One blew up, one red ring, 3 duds and one that didn't make it past day 5. Asked for a partial refund (as I would offer my own customers as I also sell eggs), but they asked me to post them back...after being incubated. I sent video proof, but been ignored.
