      After contacting seller about no information available on tracking number, he issued a refund on the day after the last day of expected delivery time. No notice on mine, but said he was adding to all his sales a notice that purchases may not be deliverable to the United States and refunds will be given if package is undeliverable. This is being done because of tariffs put on by the U.S. President.
