        Buyer opened a refund case due to delayed tracking updates while the parcel was already in transit with UPS. We provided full communication and proof, but eBay refunded the buyer before delivery. UPS has now confirmed successful delivery to the buyer (Tracking: 1Z15R40W0447321788), yet we received no payment. We even tried to recall the parcel, but it was too late.
