The box and items were not damaged. I removed my old seat, and the new seat was easy to install. I had to attach the seat and back to the new frame, which had new bolts. I had to use my old bolts to install the frame to the tractor seat frame. I would recommend this product and company to anyone. I placed order on May 27th and received it May 30th.
