    I put downy sachets in my bins. It was not perfume or heavy. It was exactly as the pictures showed it to be and yes it was like new. As long as you have been on here you know to contact the seller with any issues. you did not do that nor did you ask for a refund. so why you left a neutral rating I have no idea.
