I was told to contact Valhalla, who did nothing for me. The second cue is OK, but it has several knots on the shaft. I am worried it will warp as the knots are huge and there are two of them. I have never seen knots that big. I am not sure if I got two bad cues, but I should have looked at them immediately and returned them.
