Lights seem to be good, the packaging is not good enough for USPS. Each bulb wrapped in thin bubble wrap in a bubble type envelope. They had some dents, but work fine, but I could see USPS destroying these. Not sure how long these will last, meh quality. Bright but Hi/Low not really differentiable. Seller says ships from Central USA, mine came from New York. Likely a drop shipper...
