    The nozzle on the end of the flex hose used for inflation was broken in two pieces right down the middle and basically useless. When installing the heater/pump, it was missing rubber gaskets. It came without the filters, filter housings and filter lids. No chemical dispenser. The inflatable gasket that sits between the water and cover had a 4-inch gash in it, again, useless. The hot tub is round and brown, but the cover provided is gray and square. Finally, heater doesn't work! BE WARNED!
