One can't say enough about Borges -- he single-handedly inspired several generations of American readers to be re-invested in literature, in philosophy, in magic, in South America. And he was every bit as much a gentleman as he was a genius. In terrific shape, the clothbound hardcover is in very decent condition overall, published by University of Texas Press at Austin -- in very good condition, in original unclipped dustjacket with slight wear and spine-fading (now in mylar); no other marks or writing in the text, as pictured and described.”
