After initial concerns about buying a used part in the USA and let it ship to Switzerland, it was a very positive surprise the receive the part so fast.
I just picked up the car today from the mechanic and the breaks work perfectly.
I am very happy now since the Lexus Garage had told me the part were not available as an assembly anymore and to buy the parts disasambled would have cost a fortune.
