Received an item that had been ripped 4" deep on every page. I contacted them and they said that it was shown in the photos. I replied that if they had wanted to honestly disclose the condition of the piece they would have included better photos and listed it in the description. A day later they replied that they would take it back. I asked for a return address and they didn't reply. I repeated my request a couple of days later, and again a day later, and still no response.
