I am always willing to assist and help a buyer if there's any issues, however if a buyer refuses to check the tracking that was provided and uploaded I really have no sympathy for them. Instead of leaving negative feedback, all you add to do was message me directly or just check the tracking that was provided and that would of answered all your questions. This buyer was unrealistic and wanted their item immediately even though the shipping process takes a few days from start to finish.
