Item misrepresented. When seller contacted his response was to offer a $3 refund. Total cost was about $14 including shipping so it is clear that seller was interested in making his profit and not being honest with the buyer. Ebay sellers are usually honest upright people. This seller is definitely not a suitable addition to the ebay family. Boo.
