It was cracked. This was something I did not notice until the part was in and noticed a leak and removed it. Not leaving a negative feedback because I did not do my due diligence in inspecting the item before I installed it and since it was already installed, I am sure I am going to be told I did it. Lesson is to make sure you inspect the item before installing it.
