Item smelled strongly of laundry detergent which my child is allergic to. Stuffing was stiff & fur was not fluffy. Chose to just take my losses. But, hopefully the seller knows to not wash stuffed animals prior to shipping. Especially with fragrant laundry detergent. Or if they do they need to state in the listing.
