Sink was second hand. Sold as new. Had scratches and repaired, apparently a send back from someone else. Suppose to be free delivery, was not. Added cost I didn't anticipate in my decision. Took a while to get.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your purchase, but I must correct much of your information. The sink was listed as “open box”, not “new”. The shipping cost was listed, you chose the method & paid it-I actually paid for part of the shipping myself to keep your cost down. I wrote a full description of the flaws, as well as photos. I wrote about receiving it, having the flaw professionally re-enameled, & then realizing it wouldn’t fit my space. VA>OR shipping was timely, esp over a holiday.
