Satisfied with the camera and merchant responsiveness. Only issue was shipping costs of 25 Euros are high with regards to delivery time (8days)

The lens arrived - thank you very much. Unfortunately, the packaging was not good, it was lying loose in a thin cardboard box. Not even in a plastic bag, let alone bubble wrap. Inexpertly packaged - a shame. Lens is dirty. 😔

We are sorry for this, but we always use many bubble plastic with black plastic around the box. We are sure this happened by customs or courier. We have experienced terrible handling by customs.The parcel was insured, please send us pictures and we can confront Post NL for insurance.
