Not as described, false advertising. These boots are missing the insoles and not usable. The seller asked for pictures which I sent. I asked them to send the factory insoles to me or refund me the amount to have them replaced but they are not responding to me now and have refused to fix this or make it right. Looks like I will have to file a claim with ebay to get my money back. Save yourself the trouble and headache etc. and avoid this seller.
