Shipped heavy item with thin bubble wrap layer around the heaviest portion of the item which arrived damaged. Then refused to offer reasonable solution, refunding the cost for shipping is not a good deal for an expensive item purchased in “fantastic condition.”
Seller refused to help and demanded I file claim with FedEx, as the buyer I am literally unable to file the claim and the buyer could not be bothered to actually help. Awful service.
