Item was in good shape for a used luggage item. Only one real flaw, which was not well represented but a very usable bag. Bag was clean and interior was very clean. It looks as if perhaps a dog chewed on the handle, but it is still a very usable bag, Hartman is good quality so not a problem.

The photo of the outside was true, but the large pocket was a disaster. There was food that had melted, stuck to the inside. It took me three hours to get it cleaned out so it is usable, using liquid cleaners, bleach and a putty knife. If they are going to sell an item, it should be clean inside and out. I won’t buy from them again. I wish I had taken a picture. I was quite dissatisfied and disappointed!
