The only reason you’re not receiving a negative review is due to the fact when I contacted you, I did receive a reply within a timely manner. I should not have to initiate contact with you about an Item I ordered that you can’t supply within a timely manner. Over 3 weeks to receive an item your eBay store stated I would have within a week is ridiculous. If you truly care about your customers you would have reached out to me informing me of the issue. No excuse will justify you actions.
