Recieved the wrong part. Seller then apparently sent the right part, but I never received it. Got a refund, but wasted a month of my time and cost my business a valuable customer than can't be replaced.

Not right for a negative reply. I sent a wheel to this customer, saved him the money by telling him to keep it. I sent a second wheel and it was lost with Ebay International shipping. This was not my fault. So to get a negative feedback after losing money on the first wheel and second, this should be removed. Will be calling Ebay.
