When I opened the outer box, the plastic protective cover of the timer-face fell off. I saw that it was earlier broken, with a large piece missing. I could not, despite several attempts, replace it. However, the timer seems to be working accurately. Because of this, I will accept this unit and give you a positive feedback. Maybe a jeweller can fix or replace the damaged plastic protective covering.
