Great item but absolutely filthy! FYI, you can wash in the dishwasher, then stuff cap with plastic grocery bags and put in sun to dry. Those well loved caps come out looking like new!!!

I wish I had the ability to post pictures to this reply. But, in the listings photos, the hat looks really clean. I wouldn't even ship a hat if it was fifthly, I would rewash it. Just like you said, washing a hat is easy and it really can help clean them up. I make sure it's clean when it leaves my hands, but in the mail...who knows what happens. People ship chickens, cremations, liquids, etc then the mail person could of easily dropped it in the rain or into dirt. Thank you for your order!
