Emailed twice and the only response was 'return for refund ',and that took 4 days! The clasp on wind sock extremely rusty with the retaining part not holding pin in place ,a new clasp would of rectified the issue! Terrible communication, extremely pour quality product which I don't expect to last long! Looks like windsock has been in stock in wet or damp conditions for clasp to be so rusted.
