Items description said that outer cellophane was removed but inner seals were intact. Bottom seals were cut on the box when I got it. It was definately opened. Seller offered $30 refund but did not want it since I was under the impression I was purchasing a sealed item. When I asked for a refund and started the process he ghosted me and seems to be waiting the full time for ebay to step in to get this shipped back and my refund.

Return was accepted as soon as I returned to eBay a little over 12 hours after request. Refund was offered and return accepted. Not sure what else I can do to fix a mistake in the listing. Seller beware of this guy.
