The item came damaged. The damage was not identified in the ad. The packaging there is a flyer that states , If you need to they have free returns follow their instructions. I sent pictures the damages, to prove my assertions. Followed the instructions, they wanted to charge me for shipping back. I sent request for correction and no response. eBay was contacted over this, ebay rep saw the problem spoke to a supervisor,and they refunded my purchase through their return. eBay is not happy
