The listing clearly stated that no RAM or batteries were included. I told the buyer they could verify this by looking at the Order Details > Item Specifics, but instead they left me this poorly written negative feedback. I also never received a claim of any sort from this buyer as they suggested, and I have a long-proven history of excellent seller performance and positive feedback with eBay that exceeds 20+ years.
