This guy has no idea how to use the tool. There is a variable speed dial on the back to increase or decrease the RPM's. If he had asked or read the instructions, he would have known that. Also, he wrote CASE SHOWED SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE. There was a small dent in the metal case, but that should have been a UPS claim. It probably happened from UPS man throwing or kicking the box because buyer did not give his apartment number to deliver it properly. He was such a difficult customer since day 1.
