Immediately after clicking "buy it now" I realized I needed to change the outdated shipping address. I contacted this seller seconds later about how to handle this issue, but they never even responded. The item was shipped to the wrong address and I still don't have it. I understand there was error on my part but good communication is an essential part of this system.

Zero communication skills!! I inquired on three different occasions with " themelchorshop " to find out if they had any information on the whereabouts of my parcel and I received zero replies to my inquiries. The seller underpaid on shipping fees and the parcel sat at the USPS for nearly 10 days until I had to open a case with the USPS to track down my package. I had to pay additional shipping fees before the USPS would release my parcel. Terrible customer service skills!

Item was sent with proper shipping label. USPS office checks every item when we drop it off at the post office. we provided the tracking information to customer. USPS never contacted us about "under paying " shipping fees
