Shipping was fast and the style of the bag was good, but the interior cloth part of the bag was dirty. After talking to the merchant, I was offered the option to return the bag for a refund. I chose to keep the bag because I haven't had time to return it recently. Hopefully next time the condition of the item will be checked more carefully..
