Chest is not 38 inches it is 19. So maybe the seller doesn't know how to measure garments? Super cute shirt - but completely useless to me

They failed to show the thrift store price tag on the box, and I would not have made the purchase if I had known the price discrepancy. Returning the item, but I still wasted money on the shipping fee. At least the box was sealed, so that the item was actually in new condition.
