The seller was willing to negotiate price, which, despite the "best offer" option, is a rarity on the site in my experience. The only reason I would not give this a perfect score was that the packaging was no at all protective, and it's a miracle that the guide was delivered undamaged. The envelope had no padding, and was barely hanging onto the guide when I picked it up out of the mail. This is not the seller's fault, but I prefer preventative measures be taken. Would still buy from them again.
