I guess it's my fault for not seeing in the "Seller Notes" section of the listing that this item doesn't actually work? But then again, I didn't even know this field existed and haven't seen other sellers use it. The condition should really be noted in the description of the item. Also, putting "Talking" in the item title would probably lead a person to believe it actually talked still. Or maybe it's just me.
