We sold the watch case and accessories only. We did not advertise that the watch was included. We stated that it is an empty box. Have you had a chance to look at the listing page? We did not include the watch anywhere in all the photos, nor did I mention it in the description. There is no way that a real watch of this brand would be sold for this price. We have sold many similar items and have never been told this. We are very disappointed in this negative feedback.
