Honeywell makes good products, but some of their products are difficult to service. This isn't the fault of the seller. While I would absolutely work with the seller again, I would advise anyone looking at Honeywell industrial products that have been on a shelf for extended periods of time to just be prepared for the possibility of additional effort to get the device up and running.
