Packing was excellent. I can tell the seller is experienced. Now, while I brought the product thinking it is new, open box, I think some parts may be missing, but I got no proof. Seller did not provide pictures of the inside of the box, so I just assumed it was factory new inside. The product does work, however. I had to 3D print an adapter bracket, but it’s all good now.
