The hat is really pretty, but it arrived squished on the sides and slightly flattened, probably because it was packed in a shoebox sized box with no paper or tissue to hold its shape. I’ll be able to fix it I think, but I’m disappointed. I thought $14.50 shipping would be enough to cover adequate shipping.
