Terrible experience. Seller listed this item as both swatched and new, which I don’t notice until after purchase. Selling swatched items violates eBay policy. Asked seller for cancellation and seller did not write back at all. Seller rejected cancellation and ignored me completely. I cannot tell if palette is used or new so I cannot use it. Very poor communication and customer service. Selling used items is unhygienic and against eBay policy. Highly advise purchasing elsewhere.
