Seller canceled the item after I purchased, but did communicate the reason and quickly refunded my money. Positive feedback is for sellers communication. Giving positive rating in all categories, but honestly can't speak for any of them. If I were to say what was negative it was the time after the purchase it took for the seller to communicate the cancellation to me. I was expecting the product when said it would be delivered and didn't have time to reorder and get the it on time.
