Again another item not forwarded on because according to eBay policy this toy 1/6 scale piece of plastic was considered by someone at the eBay International shipping hub to be a weapon. Go figure. The Seller tried his best with some foreign customer service rep to get it straightened out but to no avail. Again and eBay International Shipping Hub failure that I can't fault the seller for so I will not give a neutral or negative rating but only another positive one for trying and understanding.
